This policy explains how personal data submitted through this page is collected and used. It applies to this landing page only.

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect

• Details you enter in the contact form: enquiry type (candidate or employer), full name, email, phone number, company name (employers), preferred type of role and your optional message.
• Your consent record (date and time you submitted the form).
• Technical data needed to deliver the page securely (IP address, browser type) in server logs.
• Analytics and advertising cookie data — only if you accept them in the cookie banner (see section 7).

Please do not include sensitive information (for example health data, religion, ID or bank details) in the message field. We do not ask for it.

3. Why we use it and the legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and, for candidates, to discuss suitable roles; for employers, to discuss your hiring needs — based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To keep the page secure and prevent spam — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To measure advertising performance — only with your cookie consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Who we share it with

• Service providers acting on our behalf under data processing agreements: website hosting and the marketing partner operating this page ([PROCESSOR NAME]).
• For candidates: prospective employers, only after we have discussed a specific role with you and you have agreed.
• If you accept advertising cookies: advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) for ad measurement. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

7. Cookies

Without your consent this page stores only one essential item in your browser: your cookie choice.
